Kathmandu valley, is known as Nepal valley lies at the crossroads of ancient civilization of the Indian sub-continent also having boarder with Asian continent. Valley may have been inhabited as early as 300 BC history of valley goes back to the Gopal and Mahisphal dynasty around 3000 BC. But documented history only found of Kiraties around the 7th century BC, foundation of Kathmandu it self dates from the 12th century during the time of Malla dynasty. The oldest inscription found in Maligaon eastern part of Kathmandu the sculpture was pre-Licchavi monarch named Jaya Varman which is the oldest known inscription from the Kathmandu valley. The inscription on this sculpture, clearly dated to Samvat 107, AD 185 provides the missing evidence. The valley was lake before cutting the Chobhar gorge by Buddhist saint Mnajushree. Manjushree, cut the Chobhar hill and sent all water by this gorge, as a result the valley that was created as a fertile and people started to cultivating and building their houses. The history of Kathmandu belongs to ethnic group Newars the main inhabitants of the valley. The original settlement of Yambu and Yangla at the confluence of the Bagmati and Vishnumati rivers in southern part of Kathmandu which are very old town and connected with trade route of Tibet.
Kasthamandu which is now in Human-Dhoka durbar square, geography of Kathmandu valley is bowl-shaped and 1350 meters above the sea level and it is cover by four major mountains namely (a) Shivapuri 2832 meters,(b)Phulochoki 2795 meters, (c)Nagarjun1832meters and (d) and Chandagari Hills is 2551 meters highest. The main rivers are flowing through the Kathmandu valley they are Vishnumati and Bagmati Rivers are flowing through Shivapuri National Park. The valley is made up of the Kathmandu, Lalitpure and Bhaktapure. This valley is a cultural and political hub and listed in world heritages site UNESO in the year 1979 AD.

Day 1
Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) (or any other arrival point of Nepal) at the same time our representative will meet and greet you and assist to transfers to your hotel and briefing about your coming activities over night at Kathmandu.
Day 2
After your breakfast, ready to go for full day sightseeing around 9: 00am on our historical city Kathmandu, in first day we do sightseeing on (a) Kathmandu Durbar Square (b) Monkey Temple (c) Pashupatinath Temple and (d) Buddhanath Stupa, evening back to hotel, overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 3
After your breakfast, again ready to go for your another full day sightseeing to Bhaktapure Durbar Square , and Chagunarayan historical town and evening back to hotel overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 4
Early in the morning you can take Everest experience flight (Mountain Flight optional tour) and sightseeing on our beautiful city Patan Durbar Square and evening back to hotel free for your own activities overnight at Kathmandu.
Day 5
Breakfast in hotel, and free or leisure day for shopping etc. in Kathmandu.
Day 6
Departure for your home land or journey to next destination.
